Sponsored Hosting for Non-Profit Associations

Do you manage a local sports team, village association, or other non-profit organization? At Webixter, we want to support our local community by providing a powerful “set-and-forget” service at a subsidized price, designed to simplify your board decisions.

  • Association Price: Only €85 / year (including VAT) for the entry-level package.

     

  • Package with .fi Domain: Get the hosting package + domain for a total of €99 / year (including VAT).

     

  • Discount Conditions: You place a discreet sponsorship link to Webixter in the footer of your website.

  • Good to Know: Technical server uptime and cPanel support are included. Support for building and troubleshooting third-party software (such as WordPress) is not included in the base price, but you can, of course, add the Managed WordPress service if you want assistance with that.

How does the ordering process work, and how fast will I get my account?
Because we value quality and want to ensure that every customer gets the perfect solution, we do not use an automated checkout. Instead, our process is simple and personal:
 
Send us an email: Send an email to [your email address] specifying which package and domain you are interested in.
 
Fast delivery: We normally set up your environment and send your login credentials and instructions as a reply within 2–4 hours on weekdays (always within 24 hours at the latest).
 
Invoicing: Your invoice will be conveniently sent as an e-invoice (verkkolasku) or via email (billed annually) as soon as your account is ready.
Where is my data stored?

Your data stays safely within the European Union. All our hosting servers and infrastructure are located in the EU, ensuring full compliance with GDPR and strict European data protection laws. We never store or route your core data outside the EU.

What technology do you use?

We never compromise on performance. All our hosting accounts, regardless of size, are hosted on servers optimized with LiteSpeed Web Server, isolated with CloudLinux, and managed by you via the market-leading cPanel.

Is support for my WordPress site included?

Our standard packages include a guaranteed server uptime and support for the control panel (cPanel). If you require ongoing assistance with updates and maintenance for your WordPress site, we strongly recommend our Managed WordPress add-on. Alternatively, specific support can be billed separately on an hourly basis.

Are the prices inclusive or exclusive of VAT?

All standard prices are listed exclusive of VAT (25.5%), except for our sponsored non-profit association packages, which are listed inclusive of VAT.
